Dual Admission gives you the best of both worlds: the ability to start your education at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) and the confidence of knowing you’ll have a fully supported, seamless transfer to 海角论坛.
Benefits of Dual Admission
- Priority on-campus housing when you are transferring in after receiving your associate degree from HVCC.
- Scholarships: 海角论坛 guarantees scholarship support to all HVCC transfer students participating in the dual admission program. Award amounts are based on GPA earned at the time of transfer and are awarded on a funds-available basis.
- Transfer credits will be granted for courses in which a student achieves a grade of D- (or passing grade equivalent) or better.
- Opportunities to meet faculty and students, participate in departmental activities and become familiar with the 海角论坛 community.
- Student Resources: personalized information and guidance regarding admissions, financial aid, academic advising, campus life, and more from 海角论坛 advisors.
- During your time enrolled at HVCC, 海角论坛 will provide a point of contact to help get your questions answered about 海角论坛’s campus and policies.

Whenever possible, participating student progress will not be affected by revised curricular requirements at 海角论坛.
How to Apply
When you complete the Hudson Valley application for admission, simply indicate your interest in Dual Admission with 海角论坛. If you are a current student, you may elect to participate in the dual admission program at any point during your time of study at HVCC by completing an opt-in form.

海角论坛 hosts Transfer Open House events to help students explore the university's programs and campus. Transfer Days offer information sessions, campus tours, and opportunities to meet with transfer counselors.
