 Much thought is given to the design and every detail is considered 

at length: the rich traditions of the past, the hopes of the future, ancestry

 and Faith.  All these things and more play a part in its design.  

The Great Seal of the United States is no exception.  Its emblazoned 

facts bristle with symbolic significance.   Symbolism is not only natural 

and general, but Christ Himself taught by symbols - to quote the Scriptures,

 '… without a parable (or symbol) spake he not unto them.'"  page v
