The missionary outreach had its start under Hudson Taylor AKA "China inland mission." If you have never read this author and need to start with a recommendation, may I suggest one of my favorites "The Incomparable Christ" This book is both inspiring and enlightening, a great meditation tool for those seeking a closer walk with The Creator
