海角论坛 uses multiple collection agencies. Delinquent accounts are referred to the New York State Attorney General, or a collection agency. If your account was referred to one of the following entities, you must make payment arrangements directly with them. 海角论坛 staff will refer all students back to the appropriate agency per our debt collection agreement.
