Students receiving federal financial aid are asked to accept the following statement when processing the online bill. Students who decline to do so, will receive a full refund and will be immediately liable for the total balance due. Holds and late fees will apply.
"I authorize 海角论坛 to use any of my aid items to pay ALL charges on my semester bill including non-institutional charges. Non-institutional charges are items other than tuition, fees, room, and dining. These charges may include, but are not limited to, Dragon Dollars, health insurance, parking fines, and add/drop fees."
This authorization may be rescinded at any time by writing to studentaccts@oneonta.edu.
