The ������̳ community came together this week for a full schedule of events and activities in celebration of the trailblazing first-generation students and staff on campus.

Four ������̳ Fashion and Textiles students placed third in the 2023 Educators for Socially Responsible Apparel Production (ESRAP) Student Merchandising Competition.

������̳ will offer new incentives, including scholarships, enrollment deferrals and application fee waivers, to AmeriCorps alumni applying for the spring 2024 term and beyond.

Writer, poet and scholar Clint Smith III visited ������̳ on Monday, Oct. 23, to deliver the 2023 Mills Distinguished Lecture and discuss the contents of his New York Times best-selling book, “How the Word is Passed,” with students, employees and community members.

A decade ago, a group of ������̳ students created the SUNY PRIDE Conference to give queer and transgender students a space to feel seen, heard and supported. Last weekend, they returned to campus to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the conference – now called “PRISM” – and serve as keynote speakers.
